Fees for Investors

Commission Structure

If the fund was profitable in a Cycle the Profits will be shared automatically between investors, fund managers and affiliates in the following way:

• 65% of the Profits will be distributed to the investors

• 15% of the Profits will be distributed to the fund managers

• 20% of the Profits will be distributed to the affiliates

Management Fee

After the management phase of a Cycle is over (every 60 days), a small fee of 0.1% of the total PEAKDEFI Fund is paid to the asset Managers to handle their transaction costs.

In order to providing funding for its maintenance and future development, PEAKDEFI protocol will mint 0.1 % of PEAKDEFI Fund Shares and send them to the current development team at the end of every investment cycle.

Deposit and Withdrawal

There are no additional deposit or withdrawal fees. Only the typical blockchain transaction costs have to be paid to the blockchain network.
